Appearance: Deep ruby red colour.

Aroma: Aromatic and complex with notes of dark cherry, plum, and blackberry, complemented by hints of spice, cedar, and a touch of earthy minerality.

Palate: Medium-bodied with fine, silky tannins. Flavours of ripe dark fruits such as cherry and plum are balanced by subtle notes of clove, cinnamon, and a hint of oak. The finish is long, smooth, and well-rounded.

Food Pairing: Pairs beautifully with roasted duck, lamb, venison, and mushroom dishes. Also excellent with aged cheeses and hearty pasta dishes.

  • We take COMPLETE RESPONSIBILITY if bottles get broken during delivery.
