Appearance: Bright ruby red with a clear, vibrant sheen.

Aroma: Fragrant and inviting with notes of red cherry, raspberry, and hints of spice and earthy undertones.

Palate: Medium-bodied with flavors of ripe red berries, soft tannins, and a smooth, elegant finish with subtle spice and a touch of oak.

Food Pairing: Perfect with roast lamb, duck, or mushroom risotto. Also pairs well with charcuterie and soft cheeses.
