Appearance: Deep ruby with a bright, clear rim.

Aroma: Intense aromas of ripe cherry, raspberry, and plum, with notes of spice, violet, and earthy undertones.

Palate: Medium to full-bodied with rich flavors of dark red berries, including cherry and plum, accented by spice and a touch of oak. The wine has balanced acidity, fine tannins, and a long, complex finish.

Food Pairing: Pairs well with roasted duck, lamb, and dishes featuring earthy mushrooms. It also complements grilled salmon and rich pasta dishes.
