Appearance: Medium ruby with a bright, clear edge.

Aroma: Aromas of ripe cherry, raspberry, and strawberry, with hints of spice, vanilla, and earthy undertones.

Palate: Medium-bodied with flavors of red berries, including cherry and raspberry, complemented by subtle spice and earthy notes. The wine has balanced acidity, smooth tannins, and a long, elegant finish.

Food Pairing: Pairs well with roasted poultry, grilled salmon, and dishes featuring mushrooms. It also complements light pasta dishes and mild cheeses.
