Appearance: Deep purple colour with inky hues.

Aroma: Intense and aromatic with notes of blackberries, blueberries, and dark plums, complemented by hints of black pepper, spice, and a touch of smoky oak.

Palate: Full-bodied with rich, velvety tannins. Flavours of ripe dark fruits such as blackberry and plum are balanced by notes of pepper, licorice, and a hint of dark chocolate. The finish is long, smooth, and layered with a touch of spice.

Food Pairing: Pairs excellently with grilled or barbecued meats, hearty stews, rich pasta dishes, and aged cheeses. Also a great match for braised beef or lamb and dishes with bold, smoky flavours.
