Appearance: Deep, inky purple with a velvety sheen.

Aroma: Bold and aromatic, featuring rich notes of blackberry, plum, and dark cherry, intertwined with hints of black pepper, licorice, and subtle oak.

Palate: Full-bodied and powerful, with a luscious texture. The palate bursts with flavors of ripe dark fruits like blackberry and blackcurrant, complemented by notes of chocolate, spice, and a touch of vanilla from the oak. The wine has well-structured tannins and a balanced acidity, leading to a long, smooth finish with lingering spice.

Food Pairing: Ideal with grilled or barbecued meats, especially beef or lamb. It also pairs well with hearty stews, rich pasta dishes, and aged cheeses.
