Appearance: Deep garnet with violet hues.

Aroma: Intense aromas of dark berries, plum, and black pepper, accompanied by hints of spice, licorice, and smoky oak.

Palate: Full-bodied with a rich, velvety texture. Flavors of ripe blackberries, blueberries, and plums dominate, complemented by notes of pepper, cloves, and dark chocolate. The tannins are smooth and well-integrated, providing a balanced structure and a lingering finish.

Food Pairing: Perfectly pairs with grilled meats, barbecued dishes, hearty stews, and strong cheeses. It’s also excellent with spicy foods due to its peppery notes.
