Appearance: Deep garnet red.

Aroma: Aromas of ripe red berries, cherry, and plum, with hints of spice, tobacco, and earthy undertones.

Palate: The palate is smooth and well-rounded, featuring flavors of blackcurrant, plum, and cherry, balanced by notes of cedar and spice. The tannins are soft and velvety, leading to a lingering, elegant finish.

Food Pairing: Pairs well with roasted meats, lamb, and mature cheeses.
