Appearance: Deep amber with a rich, golden glow.

Aroma: Aromas of smoked peat, vanilla, and honey, with hints of dried fruit, spice, and toasted oak.

Palate: Medium to full-bodied with flavors of smoky peat, caramel, and vanilla, complemented by notes of dried fruit, spice, and a subtle oakiness. The finish is warm, smooth, and slightly smoky.

Food Pairing: Pairs well with grilled meats, smoked cheeses, and rich desserts like dark chocolate or spiced fruit cakes.
