Description

Black Cottage Rose has developed quite a following over the last few years for its immediate drinkability. They use select parcels of Pinot Noir from the Awatere and Wairau Valleys of Marlborough and with award-winning winemaker Dave Clouston at the helm it’s no wonder the critics love it too.

Smells

A pretty nose showing hints of white rose, strawberry shortcake, grapefruit, and summer plums.

Tastes

Juicy yet dry with lots of red berries and tropical notes coming through with a twist of citrus. Such a great lunchtime wine that has summer and an all year round go to, written all over it. Try it with cheese, cold cuts or salads over the next 12 months.
