Appearance: Deep ruby with a vibrant, clear edge.

Aroma: Complex aromas of dark cherry, blackberry, and plum, with notes of spice, forest floor, and subtle oak.

Palate: Medium to full-bodied with flavors of ripe dark fruit, such as black cherry and plum. The wine has well-structured tannins, balanced acidity, and a long, elegant finish with hints of spice and earthy undertones.

Food Pairing: Ideal with roasted duck, lamb, and dishes with earthy mushrooms. It also pairs well with rich pasta dishes and aged cheeses.
