Appearance: Pale gold color with fine, persistent bubbles.

Aroma: Elegant and aromatic with notes of green apple, citrus, and white peach, complemented by hints of brioche and almond.

Palate: Crisp and refreshing with flavors of citrus, apple, and pear, balanced by a subtle minerality and a creamy texture. The wine has a fine mousse and a long, clean finish.

Food Pairing: Pairs beautifully with seafood, oysters, light appetizers, and fresh salads. Also excellent as an aperitif or with soft cheeses.

We have a rather simple shipping policy aimed towards our customers. We offer shipping included across NZ (except Chatham, Great Barrier, and Stewart Island), on all orders above $99.

On orders below or at $99, we have a flat shipping fee of:

  • $9.95 for anywhere in North Island, South Island or Waiheke Island.
  • We DO NOT charge additional for rural delivery
  • We DO NOT charge additional for packaging. We bubble wrap all the bottles free of charge.
  • We take COMPLETE RESPONSIBILITY if bottles get broken during delivery.
  • We take COMPLETE RESPONSIBILITY if you get the wrong order.
