Appearance: Pale straw color with greenish hues.

Aroma: Fresh and aromatic with notes of green apple, lime, and white peach, complemented by hints of slate and a touch of floral.

Palate: Light to medium-bodied with crisp acidity. Flavors of citrus, green apple, and stone fruits are balanced by a subtle minerality and a dry, clean finish.

Food Pairing: Pairs beautifully with seafood, poultry, fresh salads, and Asian cuisine. Also excellent with light pasta dishes and goat cheese.

  • We take COMPLETE RESPONSIBILITY if bottles get broken during delivery.
