Description

A beautiful dry style of Chenin Blanc from Stellenbosch, the wine capital of South Africa. Fermented dry, the wine was aged on lees for four months, this adding complexity and texture. To be enjoyed in its youth with good food or aged for up to 7 years.

Smells

Tropical aromas of green apple, apricot, and peach.

Tastes

The lees character is noticeable on the palate with great mealy texture. Rich and round this Chenin displays tropical fruit characters, with great length, and balanced by good acidity. Perfect with roast chicken.
ABV: 13.5%
