Appearance: Rich amber with golden highlights.

Aroma: Aromas of vanilla, honey, and toasted oak, with hints of dried fruits, citrus, and a subtle herbal note from the Shochu cask.

Palate: Medium to full-bodied with flavors of sweet vanilla, honey, and caramel, complemented by notes of dried fruit, citrus zest, and a unique herbal touch from the Shochu influence. The finish is smooth, warming, and slightly complex.

Food Pairing: Pairs well with grilled seafood, roasted meats, and lightly spiced desserts like citrus tarts or honey cakes.
