We handcraft our gin with water that travels from high in the Rimutaka Ranges, filtering down to a spring beside the breathtaking Wharekauhau Country Estate in Palliser Bay. Hawthorn is intense and peppery with a silky-smooth, oily soft finish, lifting botanicals to new heights of fragrant perfection in a very distinctly NZ style that is both classic and modern.
