Appearance: Pale gold with a fine, persistent mousse.

Aroma: Fresh and vibrant with notes of green apple, pear, and a hint of toasted brioche.

Palate: Crisp and elegant with flavors of citrus, green apple, and a touch of almond, complemented by a smooth texture and a clean, refreshing finish.

Food Pairing: Excellent with seafood, light salads, or poultry dishes. Also works well as a sophisticated aperitif.
