Gently pressed to capture and enhance the subtle flavor nuances from each vineyard site, the wine is fruit forward in style yet delicately structured with a long, crisp finish.
Smells
the bouquet simply fills the room with aromas of grapefruit, fresh passionfruit pulp and freshly grated lemon zest. The palate has a phenomenal acid drive. There is a concentration of ripe fruit here only seen in the best of years combined with a minerality to giving complexity and intrigue. Great drinking now through 2027 and serve with fresh oysters, and other fresh ocean delights. The recommended serving temperature is 7-10 degrees.
