Appearance: Deep ruby red with purple hues.

Aroma: Aromas of ripe blackberries, blackcurrants, and dark cherries, with hints of cedar, tobacco, and a touch of mint.

Palate: This full-bodied wine has a rich and velvety texture. The palate is dominated by flavors of dark fruits such as blackberries, blackcurrants, and plums. There are also notes of chocolate, spice, and a hint of vanilla from oak aging. The tannins are firm yet smooth, providing structure and a long, lingering finish.

Food Pairing: Pairs well with grilled red meats, hearty casseroles, and mature cheeses. Ideal for enjoying with a roast dinner or a rich, savory dish.
