Description

Bernard Schurr has longstanding relationships with many sustainable grape growers across the Rhone. Using these partnerships with like-minded growers, he produces small parcels of excellent value wines that show the best assets of the region.

Tastes

An energetic nose bristling with red fruits complemented by earthy notes and spices such as clove and nutmeg all woven together by fine oak. The palate is medium-bodied and shows vibrant berries, spice and fine but chiselled tannin structure. A wine of brightness that displays length and complexity and would partner well with most char-grilled red meats.
