New edition to the Four Pillar Range is this highly aromatic Olive Leaf Gin… realizing Olive Oil could be a perfect botanical alongside olive leaf, the team did a year of trials before settling on this very special version. The result is a big juniper base, with a Savoury overlay of coriander seed, rosemary, bay leaf, olive leaf, olive oil, lemon myrtle, macadamia, orris root and fresh lemon and grapefruit. Savoury, textural and bright and perfect for any Martini!
