Bombay Sapphire Gin is one of the most popular gins on the market. A London dry gin, meaning it must be produced by redistilling the neutral spirit in a pot in the presence of juniper and other botanicals. No other flavors can be added after distillation. Bombay Sapphire shows distinctive gin characters without overwhelming botanicals, making it ideal for mixing into gin cocktails.
