Appearance: Pale gold with a clear, bright sheen.

Aroma: Elegant and complex with notes of ripe citrus, green apple, and subtle hints of toasty oak and flint.

Palate: Medium to full-bodied with flavors of lemon, nectarine, and a touch of vanilla, balanced by a creamy texture and a refined, long finish with well-integrated oak.

Food Pairing: Ideal with seafood, roast chicken, or creamy pasta dishes. Also pairs well with soft cheeses and dishes featuring buttery sauces.
