How Ferrari Brut is made, quick technical overview
Ferrari Brut is produced exclusively using the Metodo Classico, also known as the traditional method, the same process used for Champagne.
The wine is made from 100% Chardonnay grown in high altitude vineyards in Trentino, in the Italian Alps.
Grapes are harvested by hand to preserve quality and freshness.
The first fermentation creates a base wine.
A second fermentation then takes place inside the bottle, not in a tank. This is where the fine bubbles are created.
The wine is aged on its lees for an extended period, which gives complexity, finesse, and the characteristic notes of brioche and bread.
Each bottle is then riddled, disgorged, and finished with precision to deliver balance, elegance, and purity.
The result is a sparkling wine with fine persistent perlage, crisp acidity, mineral precision, and exceptional balance.
This is craftsmanship, not mass production.
